If you wish to use our IP products you will need to ensure SIP ALG has been disabled on your router. This is a guide will provide information on how to disable ALG on the most common DrayTek routers.

If the router has been provided by Eclipse we may be able to change this setting for you remotely, please contact our customer support team to see if this is possible.
Type “open 192.168.1.1” and press enter. If this does not work it means the routers IP address has been changed from the default. They will need to speak to their IP support to gain access.
Enter the username and the password for the router.

If this password has been changed the customer will need to find out the new password or speak to their IT support to gain access
Type “sys sip_alg ?”
This command will tell you the current status of ALG.
To disable SIP ALG type “sys sip_alg 0”
Type “sys commit”
Type “sys reboot”
